A Little Bit About JaredBack in 2007, some personal setbacks contributed to having Jared be undernourished and significantly below an ideal weight. At just over 130 pounds, he realized he lost over 35 pounds in less than 9 months. After some significant self-realization, he made a decision to begin a new journey back to better health. Through meticulous food journaling, he began to notice patterns emerging as to which foods affected his moods, energy levels, and response to exercise; the more food he ate, the better he seemed to feel. How could you feel so much better mentally and physically after eating certain foods?
But as his lack of discipline emerged in terms of what he was eating (he gained his weight back and then some; ballooning up to almost 200 pounds) his digestive issues became more pronounced. It struck him one day that many of his digestion problems decreased after eliminating some foods from his daily diet. What he found was after 3 years of strict nutrition, exercise, and wellness, he believes he has uncovered several unique areas of health that he is excited to share with anyone who has a need and a want to get healthy. A body and it's mind can thrive if you give it real food and the ability to absorb and utilize 100% of the nutrients from those foods.
