One-on-one Nutritional Counseling ($100.00/hr)
- Are you looking for a long-term solution to your difficulty losing weight and keeping it off? Most weight-loss programs only address short-term goals, such as losing a certain amount of weight in short period of time. Our approach to healthy weight loss includes education, therapeutic lifestyle changes, and sustainability.
- We will schedule 30 minutes or more to discuss your goals and then develop a meal plan and/or food supplement plan based on your specific goals and lifestyle. One of the great things about our individualized programs is you will be able to measure how well your body is responding to your lifestyle, much more than simply using a scale. We have uncovered several tools you can use to tell how healthy your body is responding, whether you are a vegan, vegetarian, herbivore, or carnivore. You can measure results regardless of your lifestyle.
- Several days worth of food journalling will be asked to complete before our appointment so that a better understanding of your individual needs and goals can be determined.
- In most instances, we will address 1 of 4 areas of health: cortisol control, blood sugar control, diet and thermogensis, or general metabolic support.
- A complete and thorough nutritional and supplemental analysis and program will be tailored to accommodate your current lifestyle.
