When an athlete has targeted a specific goal, whether that is to run a marathon, perform his or her best at an event, or compete in a competition where every decision can ultimately decide the success, most people fail to focus on achieving optimum performance through the foods they eat. If your goal is to be at your best, nutrition should be a priority. With our nutritional counseling services we will:
- A 30 minute consultation will be needed to discuss our methods we've found to be successful when trying to build muscle and lose fat during the same time period.
- We will look at and review sport specific diet, weight training, and cardio and create a schedule based on what to do each day to build or maintain muscle and burn fat. Each day is different based on the amount of activity needed to consume the appropriate amount of calories to burn fat and build muscle
- Utilize the same methods Jared used when he placed 2nd the the Oklahoma Naturals Bodybuilding competition. He dropped to 6.5% bodyfat by focusing 90% on when and which foods he was consuming throughout the day.
- Provide weeks worth of sample menus for you to test out or follow.
- Look at supplements and foods to reduce inflammation, increase athletic performance, build muscle, and lose fat and provide suggestions as to how best to utilize them
