What Is A Healthy Digestion Makeover?Many digestive imbalances tend to be present with symptoms such as gas, belching, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and constipation. These are all very common indications of a GI system in trouble. It is of great importance that your digestive system is in good health because of its many connections to other body systems. The health of the immune, nervous, and hormonal systems are very much dependent on a healthy digestive system.
So you go to the doctor, and unfortunately, once the standard checklist of illnesses has been completed and no diagnosis found, many find themselves on their own, treating their digestion by cycling through digestive aides and medications that don’t help them very much.
