In my opinion, magnesium is the most important major mineral that is needed by your body. Why do I say this? In order to function correctly and efficiently, your body needs many nutrients. However, if it is deficient in magnesium, there are over 350 biochemical reactions that either will not occur at all or will occur very inefficiently.
My plan was to put out a quick post about Magnesium and the importance of it as it relates to hormones. But after proofing my copy, I realized my post was becoming the length of a short novel, so I'll save it for another time.
